Abstract
Due to the increasing vulnerability of households as a result of economic developments in the last century, family insurance has been considered as a risk management tool. The present study aims to respond to this necessity by conducting a jurisprudential analysis of the framework of family economic responsibilities and applying it to family insurance. In this formulation, the jurisprudence of the family economy system is the jurisprudential study of economic behavior in the family with a jurisprudential approach, which is divided into three areas: "Family monetary and financial economy"; "Family labor and livelihood economy"; "Family welfare and cooperation economy". Accordingly, the types of economic responsibilities of the head of the household and the guardian in the field of allocating household resources have been examined; such as the kinship ties are responsible for the expenditure and Takafful system, and the general faithful individuals have insurance-support responsibilities based on general Takafful and social security. In this framework, the family-centered economy in the jurisprudence of the system is distinguished from the individual-centered economy in the studies of household economics. The research is applying a methodology based on the exploration of the system and seeks to critically examine the household economy in the West and the economic responsibilities in the family based on the jurisprudence of the family system and its application to the institution of insurance.
