Peer Review Process

The journal’s review policy utilizes a double-blind peer review method, meaning that during the review process, both the reviewer and the author remain anonymous to each other.

Submission of Articles via the Website:

  • Authors are required to submit their articles exclusively through the journal’s website. Authors must first register on the journal’s website (if it is their first submission) to receive a username and password, granting them access to their personal account.
  • All correspondence with authors at various stages of the process will be conducted automatically through the system, as configured by the editor.
  • Authors must prepare and submit their article in accordance with the journal’s guidelines for authors, available in the “Author Guidelines” section.
  • For articles with multiple authors, one author must be designated as the corresponding author, and all correspondence will be conducted via the email address of the corresponding author.

Initial Article Review:

  1. After the article is submitted via the system, it will undergo an initial review within two weeks by the journal’s experts to ensure compliance with the submission guidelines.
  2. If the article passes this stage, it will proceed to the second stage, where its content quality and relevance to the journal’s scope will be evaluated by the editor-in-chief or subject editor. If approved, an appropriate reviewer will be selected from among the relevant experts in the field. This stage typically takes 3 to 7 days.

Article Review:

  • Articles that pass the initial evaluation are sent to at least two reviewers who are experts in the subject area of the article. Based on the review results, articles will be categorized into one of three categories:
    1. Articles that can be published without any revisions.
    2. Articles that can be published after incorporating the reviewers’ suggested revisions.
    3. Articles that are not suitable for publication.
  • Naturally, articles in the first category will be placed in the publication queue immediately after the acceptance and publication fee is paid. Articles in the second category will be sent back to the corresponding author for revisions based on the reviewers’ feedback. Articles deemed unsuitable for publication will be removed from the review process, and the author will be informed accordingly.

Article Revision:

  • If the reviewers recommend major or minor revisions (minor revisions involving technical or content-related changes), the feedback will be sent to the author. The author will have 15 days to revise the article and resubmit it through the system.

Final Acceptance:

  • After ensuring that the required revisions have been made, or upon sufficient justification from the author for not making certain changes, and after payment of the acceptance and publication fee, the article will be placed in the publication queue. The author will receive an official letter confirming the final acceptance and publication of the article.
