تأثیر انسجام خانوادگی و گروه همسالان با رفتارهای قلدرانه دانش‌آموزان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل مسیر رابطة انسجام خانوادگی و گروه همسالان با رفتارهای قلدرانة دانش‌آموزان در شهرستان اسلام‌آباد غرب بود. روش پژوهش پیمایشی از نوع تبیینی بود. جامعة پژوهش حاضر تمامی دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطة شهرستان اسلام‌آباد غرب در سال تحصیلی 1398-1399 بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای، 364 دانش‌آموز انتخاب و بررسی شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامة انسجام خانوادگی، مقیاس قلدری ایلینویز، پرسشنامة فشار همسالان، مقیاس مقاومت در برابر تأثیر همسالان و پرسشنامة هم‌نوایی با همسالان بود. روش تحلیل داده‌ها تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم-افزار AMOS بود. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد انسجام خانوادگی اثر مستقیم منفی و معناداری بر قلدری دارد. همچنین فشار همسالان افزون بر اثر مستقیم مثبت و معنادار بر قلدری، دارای اثر غیرمستقیم مثبت و معنادار با واسطة هم‌نوایی با همسالان بر قلدری است. مقاومت در برابر تأثیر همسالان نیز افزون بر اثر مستقیم منفی و معنادار بر قلدری، دارای اثر غیرمستقیم مثبت و معنادار بر قلدری است. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده هماهنگ‌سازی و مدیریت متغیرهای بافتی درگیر در رفتارهای قلدرانه (مانند خانواده، مدرسه و گروه همسالان) می‌تواند در درک و کاهش رفتارهای قلدرانة دانش‌آموزان و متعاقباً کاهش بی‌نظمی‌ها و بدرفتاری‌ها در مدارس بسیار مؤثر باشد..
