These titles also involve dictum to illegality due to breastfeeding. There are some other titles that do not exist in any of the foresaid seven titles, however they are considered as their accessories. For instance, if a grandmother breastfeeds her granddaughter, the granddaughter becomes a foster sister with her own mother. Therefore, it seems that the father of that infant is in a marital relationship with his child's sister. Regarding this case, the "sister of the child" is accompanied by the title "Bent"; meaning that the husband is in a marital relationship with his own daughter. Prominent antecedent jurisprudential figures and some of the later ones believe that not only illegality is proved in the mentioned seven titles, but also this sanctity is extended to the accessories of these titles. Subsequently, titles such as child’s sister are also regarded as illegal and marriage with them is forbidden. According to the findings of this article, which was based on a descriptive-analytical method, the illegality attributed through breastfeeding is limited to the foresaid seven titles and the illigality does not extend to the accompanying titles. As a result, it is not necessary for the infant's parents to divorce due to grandmother’s breastfeeding. عناوین محرمیت در روابط نسبی عبارت‌اند از «مادر، دختر، خواهر، عمه، خاله، دختر خواهر و دختر برادر». این عناوین، به سبب رضاع نیز به حرمت محکوم میشوند. دراین‌میان عناوینی وجود دارند که تحت هیچیک از عناوین هفت‌گانة یادشده نمیگنجند؛ ولی از لوازم آنها شمرده میشوند؛ مثلاً اگر مادربزرگی به نوة خود شیر دهد، نوه با مادر خودش خواهر رضاعی میشود. بنابراین گویا پدر آن طفل شیرخوار با خواهرِ فرزندِ خود در روابط زناشویی به سر میبرد. در اینجا «خواهرِ فرزند»، ملازم با عنوان «بنت» است؛ یعنی گویا شوهر با دختر خودش در روابط زناشویی به سر میبرد. مشهور متقدمان و اندکی از متأخران معتقدند نه‌تنها محرمیت در عناوین هفت‌گانه مذکور اثبات میشود؛ بلکه این حرمت به لوازم این عناوین نیز تسری مییابد؛ درنتیجه عناوینی مانند خواهر فرزند هم محرم و ازدواج با آنها حرام است. مطابق یافته‌های این مقاله که به روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی به نگارش درآمده، محرمیتی که به واسطة رضاع حاصل میشود، در عناوین هفت‌گانة پیش‌گفته منحصر است و حرمت به عناوینِ ملازم با آنها تسری نمییابد؛ درنتیجه با شیر دادن مادربزرگ، لازم نیست پدر و مادر شیرخوار از هم جدا شوند. https://www.jgfs.ir/article_120026_f11fc522e17e7fbc45c5da73f752805d.pdf
